The pasteurization production line is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the cooking and sterilization temperature can be set according to the product process requirements. It has the advantages of smooth operation, stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, low noise, compact structure, easy operation, and low failure rate. There are three heating methods: boiler steam heating, electric heating, and particle heating, which are suitable for continuous operation. The water bath type pasteurization machine can effectively mix materials evenly in the medium water, with a double-layer mesh belt design to better avoid uneven heating of materials. The upper cover is equipped with a water sealing device to prevent steam leakage in the gaps.
