Product Description

   The principle of a bubble cleaning machine is mainly to use the water in the water tank of the equipment box to form a circulation through a high-pressure water pump. There is a conveyor belt or chain plate driven by a conveying motor inside the box. When the raw materials pass through the box, the eddy current fan inputs air into the bottom of the box water tank to form bubbles, which drive the water flow to flip and drive the raw materials to roll. After cleaning, the conveying device lifts the raw materials out of the box water tank.

The operating steps of the fruit and vegetable bubble cleaning machine are as follows:
 
1. Clean the water tank thoroughly and fill it with water; Inject clean water into the main tank until water overflows from the overflow outlet.
2. Start the conveyor belt motor to ensure that the belt runs normally and in the correct direction;
3. Start the vortex water pump, inject air into the water tank, and make the water inside the tank churn;
4. Open the spray pipe valve to evenly spray water on the mesh belt;
5. Check all operating parts and ensure normal operation before starting work.
6. Depending on the degree of cleaning of the material, it can be cleaned separately and then transported by the conveyor belt.
